Our Trainers

Our trainers must have five very important factors.

1.    Love for all animals
2.    Patience
3.    Dedication
4.    Consistency
5.    Natural talent

Everyone of our trainers must complete a minimum of 1,500 hours of commercial behavior modification, evaluation of temperament, develop of instincts, puppy socialization, neutralization, basic general obedience and advanced through off leash.  They also must complete a BH in Schutzhund title which includes the following.

On and off obedience under distraction, motion sit and down exercise, off leash down under distraction, traffic and temperament test.  A rating test provided by USA and FCI certified Judge will be given at the end of all exercises and a minimum of 42 points is necessary in order to pass.

All trainers must understand the upkeep and maintenance of a pet, this includes brushing, nail clipping and bathing as well as kennel maintenance.  They must also understand and recognize the symptoms of a sick pet if it arises.

It is most important that the trainer learns how to participate in the training of the owners pet, once the program has been completed.  Every trainer must train a minimum of 15 to 20 dogs during their trainers course, these dogs must be normal and problem behavior dogs, including displacement of aggression and fear.

Every dog trained by us must be supervised by a master trainer or our trainer director Andres Aportela, before completion of the pet and owners last session, in order to make sure that the harmony of the dog and owner team is totally synchronize and they understand each other completely.

Our master trainers must complete minimum of 2 to 3 years of intense training, including obedience, advanced behavior modification, tracking, protection and IPO Schutzhund competition, also Police training is optional.  They must also complete the training of minimum 50 dogs and by request be certified in decoy in protection.  Ultimately, train and  title one dog from green to SCH I, II and III and complete the commercial course.
